Quilt Tops
Quilt Tops

Quilt Tops can be bought as is and you or someone local to you can do the quilting. Quilt Tops are less expensive to ship since they weigh less.

And like my other quilts, I could finish them by adding the batting ( stuffing ) and the backing then binding it & quilting it in whatever way you desire.

The purchase price for the Quilt Top shown would be $117.76.

Whole Tops
Quilts - Whole Tops

A Wholecloth Quilt is the most simple of all quilts.  It is simply a whole piece of cloth of a pretty design or a pretty color.  It is sandwiched together like the others with the batting and backing and then quilted.  It can be done in a simple stippling pattern or even a complex design.  The binding is then added to complete the quilt.  There is no time consuming block piecing that increases the final cost.  The most time intensive part is the type of stippling used.
And remember all quilts are prettier after washing and drying.  That's when the get that " Grand Ma's quilt" look.  That's why I only use the best quilt quality fabric & batting.  They just last forever !

Wholecloth Quilts are priced at $0.14 per square inch.

Simple Quilts
Simple Quilts

A simple quilt is one that doesn't have a lot of pieced blocks and that when put together make a special design. An example of a Complex Quilt would be An Explosion in Red.  The pinwheel is the result of several pieces that must be cut and sewn carefully so when joined the pattern is very crisp.

An example of a Simple Quilt would be Sammy's Quilt or even Opals Quilt.  Although there is piecing in the design it isn't as difficult to achieve.  The cutting & sewing is more relaxed yet very nice.

Simple Quilts are priced at $0.15 per square inch.

Complex Quilts
Complex Quilt

Complex Quilt examples are those set on point and have complex pieced blocks or other complex design techniques like "Here, Fishy Fishy", "Bailey Bug's Quilt" and the pin wheel in "An Explosion in Red".

Complex Quilts are priced at $0.165 per square inch.
